👋 Welcome to Weavel! Weavel is the product analytics tool for conversational UI.
Once integrated into your product, reports will be automatically generated and updated regularly based on conversation traces.
Under the hood, we use AI to analyze data and provide insights into user behavior.
Currently the following features are provided:
- SDK (Python) & REST API for logging conversation traces to our servers.
- Reports that provide actionable insights based on our analysis of your conversational data.
- Traces view that provide various filters & sorting options to drill down into specific conversations.
- Scoring API for tuning your chatbot, with allows to use real user data as a baseline. (coming soon).

Reports
Reports are generated based on the conversation traces that are logged to our servers.
The semantic events that are extracted by AI from conversation data enable visualization of user behavior.
